Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Firefly Ridge. We want to ensure that your experience is as seamless as possible, so please take a moment to review our refund and cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Policy

   • Your reservation can be canceled by calling us at (304) 901-4001 or emailing us at host@fireflyridgewv.com.

   • Your reservation can be canceled at any time but refunds will only be processed if your reservation is canceled 15 days or more prior to your reservation check-in date.

2. Refund Policy

   • Payments are processed 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. Once your payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes to your reservation, except in cases of natural disasters that prevent access to Firefly Ridge.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will never sell or share your email address or other personal information with third parties.
