  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • No Cancellations within 24 Hours: Cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time. If you cancel or modify your reservation within 24 hours of your check-in, the full amount of your stay will be charged.

  2. Refund Policy:

    • No Refunds After Payment: Once your payment is accepted and confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes to your reservation, except in cases of natural disasters that prevent access to Firefly Ridge.

    • Natural Disasters: In the event of a natural disaster or unforeseen event (e.g., severe weather, earthquakes, or other emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule your reservation or provide a refund. Proof of the event may be required.

  3. No-Show Policy:

    • If you do not check in on the scheduled arrival date and fail to notify us of any changes, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

  4. Rescheduling:

    • If you need to reschedule your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours before your original check-in time. We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Any changes within 24 hours may incur additional charges.
