Firefly Ridge Policies & Rules

General:
Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves and/or their children.
Guest assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Park harmless from and indemnify Park against the same.
The park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
3 total people allowed per king tent, with up to 2 adults maximum.
5 total people are allowed per double tent, with up to 4 adults maximum.
Maintenance on and/or washing vehicles on property is not allowed.
All spaces are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
Only 1 vehicle allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
No trash or food should be left out overnight.
Safety:
The use of firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED at Firefly Ridge.
The use of archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns is PROHIBITED.
Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
The speed limit on the property is 5 mph.
Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. No vehicles can block any portion of the roadway.
Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle at Firefly Ridge.
Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction.
Security:
Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.
Report any problems with your site to staff immediately.
We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please be courteous to other guests around you.
Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
Inconsiderate guests may be evicted from the park and will be responsible for compensatory damages not to exceed $1000.00.
Profanity or violence toward other guests or park staff will result in immediate eviction.
Guests violating rules that result in an eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.
Pet Policy:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the park.
Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.
There is a 2-pet limit in the park. An extra charge per pet/per night applies.
All pets must be registered with staff upon arrival.
Pets may not be left inside of the tent or outside of the tent unattended.
Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets.
Guests should carry proof of their pet's current vaccinations.
The park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owners for any injury or damage caused by pet(s), including but not limited to a $250 damage fee for rips, tears, or other irreparable damage caused to accommodations or other items at the park.
Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.
Booking Policy:
The full reservation total is required at the time of booking for all stays, regardless of length.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 3% cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled 7 to 13 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival receive no refund.
No-shows and early departures receive no refund.
SMS Terms & Conditions
Firefly Ridge respects your privacy. By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:
• Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. The information will be collected via the website contact form, email, rental agreement, or third-party reservation systems.
• Data Usage: We use your data solely for informational and customer care messages.
• Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.
• MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.
• Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.
• Contact Firefly Ridge at 304-901-4001 or reservations@fireflyridgewv.com for HELP or to STOP receiving messages.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or CANCEL to reservations@fireflyridgewv.com or 304-901-4001. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed, and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.
• You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our phone number, email, and website. We are here to help you.
• Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Firefly Ridge will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.
