Booking and Payment

• Bookings must be made through our online booking system or partner platform.
• A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Payment may be made by credit card on our website. 
• All prices are subject to change without notice and are quoted in USD.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any cancellations or interruptions to your trip.

Arrival and Departure

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Late check-out may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
• Early check-in may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

Maximum Occupancy

• Each tent site is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum number of guests as outlined in the listing.
• Overcrowding is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Children under the age of 4 are no considered guests and must be included in the total occupancy.

Pets

•  Pets are allowed at select campsites. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property. Any pet waste should be picked up and placed into a trash receptacle. 

Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of any facilities at Firefly Ridge including the lodge, the bathhouse or and tents. 
• Any evidence of smoking inside the facilities will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $500.

Damage and Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning fees incurred during their stay.
• The property owner shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from any cause whatsoever.
• Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected events or circumstances.

Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am, daily
